      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Per diem accelerated hydrogen peroxide solution in all spray bottles measured 0 ppm using test strips. Manufacturer specifications indicates the solution as a cleaner requiring rinsing.
      • Corrective Action(s): Operator provided QUATs solution at 200 ppm in spray bottles during the inspection. Please obtain test strips to monitor concentration. Food contact surfaces must re-sanitized using 200 ppm QUATs solution (1. Clean using a detergent solution 2. Sanitize with 200 ppm QUATs 3. air-dry).

    • 501 - Operator does not have FOODSAFE Level 1 or Equivalent [s. 10(1)]
      • Observation: Operator does not hold a valid FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent certificate. Operator stated the kitchen staff are FOODSAFE Level 1 certified.
      • Corrective Action(s): Please have at least 1 program manager enroll in the FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent course and submit the certificate to the inspector upon successful completion. Correction date: 1 month
