      • Operator indicates they are aware of the problem -there are foods (sweet rice) segregated marked as damaged -appears rodent gnawed on the bottom of one of the rice bags
      • Corrective Action(s): Discard any damaged foods contaminated by rodents immediately -continue with pest control and follow any recommendations on the reports

      • Observation: -Oil processing area -grease laiden areas on the floor on the machine -this is a possible food source for rodents. Operator indicates the power washer was is under repair and should be cleaned within the week
      • The southwest bay door (not used) -there are gaps on the bottom -any gaps larger then 1/4" may permit the entry of rodents -should be sealed from the inside
      • Corrective Action(s): Clean and disinfect the oil laiden areas
      • Seal the gap between the bay door and floor -should be flush with the ground

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - Handwashing station (2 compartment sink) lacked paper towel and staff washroom lacked liquid soap and paper towel.
      • Corrective Action(s): - Paper towel was supplied to the handwashing station and both paper towel and liquid soap supplied to staff washroom once staff were notified. Ensure handwashing station and staff washroom are always fully equipped for handwashing.

      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure that puddle of water is drained and does not accumulate.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No soap or paper towel available to wash hands at back handsink or washroom for food handlers.
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure hot & cold water, liquid soap and paper towel is available to all food handlers and staff using the washroom.

      • Observation: Oil hose outside of building used to connect to train car is capped and entire hose is sitting in the mud and filth next to the track and building.
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure there is a sanitary way to protect and store the food / oil tube outside the building. Clean and sanitize tube and stored properly.
      • Correction date: immediately (before beginning oil bucket filling).

      • 1. Along floor/ wall joints in oil bottling area.
      • 2. On and around "Good's" Brand Lungkow Bean Vermicelli Boxes/pallets near West side of warehouse
      • Corrective Action(s): - Remove droppings, clean above-mentioned areas.
      • - Seal large gaps and holes to prevent pest entry.
      • - Keep all doors/ gates tightly closed when not in use.
      • - Continue to monitor pest activity - snap traps placed throughout the facility.
      • - Follow all recommendations provided by your pest control company.
      • - Ensure that all areas of the premises are accessible for pest control services.

      • Note: Operator is aware of the broken concrete flooring. Operator advised that the land beneath the building's foundation is constantly shifting and causing flooring to break and crack. Operator advised that regular contractors are scheduled to repair and address situation.
