Re-seal the side rear dry storage door to ensure rodents are not easily capable of entering into this facility.

- At time of inspection:1. The exhaust ventilation suppression system sticker indicates expiry is APRIL OF 2025 – SATISFACTORY.2. The men's washroom urinal plumbing needs to be re-fastened. Some portions of the plumbing for this water closet were loose.The owner / operator of this facility is requested to conduct the following, namely:1. Re-fasten the plumbing on the men's washroom urinal.
