      • Excess carbon/food waste accumulation on bottom exterior of wok/cooking units. Regular cleaning required to eliminate accumulation.

      • Broken/loose floor tiling in main kitchen prep area. Repair required.Dec 5/24 Update:Floor tiling still loose in areas, immediate repair required. Note - owner stated that repair will be conducted soon.

      • Cloths/towels use on floor under cooking equipment to soak up grease is not acceptable. These items are to be removed/not used, routine floor cleaning required under these areas to minimize grease accumulation. If floor surfacing is not suitable (smooth & impervious to moisture) replacement may be required.Dec 5/24 Update:Cloths still being used in this area. this practise in NOT ACCEPTABLE, all items TO BE REMOVED immediately,

Covers required over fluorescent lights in kitchen as discussed.
