      • Observation(s): At the time of the inspection, child care was being provided to 3 children who were not a sibling group, and were not related to the child care provider.
      • CI1.7A - A person must not operate or hold themselves out as operating a community care facility. Act( 5 )(a)
      • CI1.7B - A person must not provide or hold themselves out as providing care in a community care facility. Act( 5 )(b)
      • CI1.7C - A person must not accommodate or hold themselves out as accommodating a person who requires care in a community care facility. Act( 5 )(c)

      • Observation(s): At the time of the inspection Licensing was informed by the child care provider that care was being provided to 3 children inside the home who were not related by blood or marriage.
      • CI1.7A - A person must not operate or hold themselves out as operating a community care facility. Act( 5 )(a)
      • CI1.7B - A person must not provide or hold themselves out as providing care in a community care facility. Act( 5 )(b)
      • CI1.7C - A person must not accommodate or hold themselves out as accommodating a person who requires care in a community care facility. Act( 5 )(c)

      • Observation(s): At the time of the inspection, the resident at the address was providing child care to 3 children who were not related by blood or marriage. The child care provider acknowledged they had advertised child care services through social media and provided care to up to 6 children daily during the summer of 2022.
      • CI1.7A - A person must not operate or hold themselves out as operating a community care facility. Act( 5 )(a)
