     • Winter floor mats were being used as shelving surfaces, and single-use cutlery containers were placed directly on them. Winter floor mats are not cleanable or suitable for food-contact or storage surfaces. The operator was advised to remove the winter floor mats and to use only clean, smooth, and easily cleanable stainless steel shelving surfaces.
