- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observations: plastic container storing various cooking utensil observed to have food debris on the bottom of the container which touches equipment stored inside.
- Corrective actions: clean and sanitize utensils stored inside container prior to storage. Staff stated food contact utensils were not in frequent use at time of inspection. Staff cleaned and sanitized equipment at time of inspection. Ensure all food contact surfaces, equipment and utensils are in clean and sanitary conditions absence of food debris to minimize chances of contamination.
