      • The back shipment receiving door had a gap in it and outside light could be seen coming in.Ensure that doors fully seal to prevent pest entry into the facility.

      • The back receiving hallway walls were damaged and had large open holes in them. Ensure the walls are repaired and that they are kept in good repair, durable, and easy to clean.
