      • 1. Glasses were not properly sanitized through the glasswasher.
      • 2. Surface sanitizer in a bucket at the bar measured at 50 ppm QUATS.

      • 1. Glasses were sanitized again through the functional high temperature dishwasher.
      • - Do not use the glasswasher until it can dispense 100 ppm - 200 ppm chlorine during the final rinse cycle at glass level.
      • 2. Staff replenished the bucket with 200 ppm QUATS.
      • - Ensure the sanitizer concentration is monitored using the appropriate test strips.

      • Corrective Action(s): 1) Fix by Friday, August 16th and call/ email Fraser Health when it's completed.

Facility is continuing to use green detergent buckets for surface wiping. This is acceptable PROVIDED that surfaces are routinely sanitized afterwards. This is currently not occuring.

      • Corrective Action(s): 1. Ensure all auto mixing handsinks are supplied with warm water ~37 C. Much hotter then 40 C may cause staff to not use handsink. Adjust temperature.
