- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Blocked handsinks in butcher room (2).
- Equipment and supplies blocking access.
- Corrective Action(s): Ensure all handsinks are free of obstructions at all time during operation. Butcher room was not in use during inspection however both sinks were completely blocked. Review with staff the importance and use of handsinks in a food facility and keeping these sinks free of obstructions.

Remove all cardboard liners. If shelves require additional cleaning without absorbing materials then increase frequency of cleaning. Shelves are stainless steel which is an approved material - do not cover with liner.

- Corrective Action(s): 1. Ensure there is a long term plan in place to repair floor. Floor must be smooth, durable, easy to clean and non-absorbent. Currently the large gap does not meet this requirement.
