    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • At time of inspection:1. Some hand wash sinks were not properly equipped with liquid hand soap and/or paper towels (in the dispensers provided).The owner / operator of this facility is requested to immediately conduct the following, namely:1. Ensure all hand wash sinks are fully equipped with hot and cold potable water, liquid hand soap, and paper towels (in the dispensers provided). If new dispensers are proposed to be ordered, an order shall be made in a timely manner and installed immediately once delivered. In the meantime, ensure all hand wash sinks are manually equipped with liquid hand soap and paper towels.****AT TIME OF INSPECTION, THIS ISSUE REMAINS EXISTING. THE OWNER / OPERATOR SHALL IMMEDIATELY REPLACE ANY HAND TOWEL DISPENSERS AND ENSURE THE CORRECT HAND TOWELS ARE INSTALLED INSIDE EACH DISPENSER. ANY OLD PRODUCT CAN BE USED UP BUT THIS ISSUE MUST BE IMMEDIATELY ADDRESSED.
