      • All necessary control measures shall be used to effectively minimize or eliminate the presence of rodents, roaches, and other vermin and insects on the premises of all food establishments, in food-transporting vehicles, and in vending machines. 10 mouse droppings were found around the floor perimeter. The front door, all of the garage doors and utility pipe openings have 1/4" to 1/2" gaps and need to be pest proofed. Obtain an up to date pest control logbook.

      • The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. Reseal all of the floors so they are smooth, sanitary, light colored and easy to maintain.

      • The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. Clean and maintain the walls and ceilings so they are smooth and sanitary from top to bottom.
