- -staff stated that the cutting board in the meat wrapping station is only cleaned with liquid soap and water (no sanitizing step)
- -bandsaw was found to have meat debris build up in the blade housing and various parts of the machine
- Corrective Action(s): Ensure that all food contact surfaces are cleaned and sanitized using an appropriate sanitizer solution. Bandsaw must be properly disassembled, cleaned, and disinfected after use.
