- Mouse droppings were identified in the mental health unit servery. Safely remove droppings. Complete repairs of vermin proofing deficiencies as noted by pest management. Provide report of next regular pest management report to confirm extent of ongoing pest activity.

- The shelving surface in the top-left cupboard of the mental health ward servery was damaged and worn.The sides of surfaces of the shelving unit in the addictions ward servery had exposed raw wood. Repair noted areas and render surfaces smooth and easily cleanable.

- The utensil storage inserts on the side of one of the food preparation areas contains foam inserts, which cannot be easily cleaned as needed.Remove foam or replace with a cleanable material.
