- Corrective Action(s): Disassemble the meat slicer and clean and sanitize all parts of the meat slicer. Everytime the meat slicer is used, it must be immediately washed, rinsed and sanitized to avoid bacterial growth. There has been known Listeria monocytogenes outbreaks associated with uncleaned meat slicer, it is therefore important for the operator to maintain the cleanliness of this equipment.
