      • Fail to ensure items are not stored in disinfectants for longer than the required contact time. Operator/PSW must not store items in disinfectants for longer than the required contact time.
      • Fail to provide and use low and intermediate-level disinfectants with a Health Canada drug identification number (DIN) or natural product number (NPN).     • All reusable items and/or equipment cleaned and then disinfected or sterilized, as applicable
