    • 08. Is hand hygiene performed by the personal services worker when required, in a proper manner and are provisions available to perform hand hygiene?
      • No hand soap at the time of the inspection. Hand sinks must be supplied with hot/cold water, hand soap and paper towels to perform sufficient hand hygiene. Please ensure the hand sink is always supplied with all provisions stated above.
    • 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
      • The operators are reusing the high-level disinfectant solution. No test strips available during the inspection. Test strips are required to measure the concentration when reusing the high-level disinfectant solution. Please obtain proper test strips.
