- Observation(s): F2.3D: Bleach was not available in the kitchen at the time of the inspection. Corrective Action: Keep bleach in the kitchen at all times. Ensure all food contact surfaces are adequately sanitized when guests are staying at the lodge.

- Observation(s): F2.7: All handwashing sinks must be supplied with liquid soap. Please ensure liquid hand soap is located at the kitchen sink when guests are staying at the facility. Proper hand hygiene is essential in order to reduce the risk for growth of potentially harmful microorganisms that can spread through food and result in contamination. Please ensure that proper hand washing is occurring when handling high risk foods such as raw eggs and raw meats.
