      • The facility was using vinegar solution as a sanitizer. The operator was advised to use one of the approved sanitizing solutions to sanitize food contact surfaces. The operator indicated that would be using chlorine (bleach) solution at 100 ppm a sanitizer. The bleach solution was prepared during the inspection.

      • Chlorine (bleach) test strips were not observed. Please acquire chlorine (bleach) test strips.
