      • Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Main fridge was recorded at 14-15 degrees Celsius.
      • Corrective Action: All potentially hazardous foods within the fridge have been disposed of. Operator is to arrange for repair of the fridge unit in order to maintain 4 degrees Celsius or less at all times.

      • Observation: Main freezer unit was measured at approximately 0 C at time of inspection. Frozen foods must ideally be maintained at a temperature of -18 C or less in order to maintain food safety/food quality.
