- Observation: Spoons were stored with the food contact (business) end facing upward, exposing them to potential contamination.
- Corrective Action: Store all utensils with the handles facing upward to prevent contamination of the food contact surfaces. Ensure staff are trained on proper utensil storage practices.
- 305 - Conditions observed that may allow entrance/harbouring/breeding of pests [s. 26(b),(c)]
- Observation: Hard to reach areas, including but not limited to areas beneath stoves, counters, behind the dishwasher, and around the can opener, were observed to be dirty.
- Corrective Action: Thoroughly clean and sanitize all hard to reach surfaces. Implement a routine cleaning schedule that includes these areas (daily, weekly, and monthly tasks) to prevent buildup of debris and grime.

- Observation: Baseboard tiles at the back of the kitchen were broken and missing, creating gaps that can trap debris and allow pest harborage.
- Corrective Action: Replace the missing baseboard tiles to ensure all wall, floor, ceilings are smooth, durable, and easily cleanable.
