      • Observation: The Permit To Operate was not posted in the facility. The current year decal was posted.
      • Corrective Action: Obtain a replacement Permit, attach the decal to it and post the Permit in the facility.
    • 209 - Food not protected from contamination [s. 12(a)]
      • Observation: Flour was left uncovered and open to contamination. (Public Health significance) - Contamination of food from contact with objects, people, pests or chemicals can cause serious illness.
      • Corrective Action: Cover or otherwise protect all foods from airborne contaminants, drips from raw foods, and contact with objects and staff
    • 303 - Critical Equipment/facilities/hot & cold water for sanitary maintenance not adequate [s. 17(3); s. 4(1)(f)]
      • Observation: One set of faucets was not operating in the 3-compartment sink.
      • Corrective Action: Repair or replace the broken faucet.
