     • 1. Gap of light observed under the rear door. Please install weatherstripping/door sweep to prevent the entry of pests and insects into the facility. ***Outstanding violation***2. Hole in wall observed in the back area on the wall across the beverage syrups.3. Spills from beverage syrups observed on wall - please clean up the spills.4. Pest control records not observed -email a copy of the most recent report.
   • 19. Does the facility have a valid permit and does the facility operate in compliance with the conditions of that permit, or is the facility awaiting approval prior to operation?
     • Food permit was not posted - corrected onsite.
