- 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
- 1) Existing fly light control device (mounted on wall to the right of the mechanical dishwasher in the clubhouse kitchen) is missing a front and bottom cover and should be replaced with a new device. Would encourage the General Manager to purchase on-line and ensure it is meant for use in a food establishment. Finally, the device should be re-located near the back door entrance where there is an outlet to plug the device.2) Pest Control Records: would encourage the General Manager to fill out our AHS Pest Control Checklist form (which will be emailed) and should be completed on a monthly basis.
