      • The temperature logs for savory baked goods were not found for September 12 and September 13 the date of inspection.-Ensure that the temperature records are maintained regularly.

      • The bread was stored beside the hand washing sink.-Ensure that the food is not stored beside the hand washing sink to prevent contamination from splashing.

      • Personal items like aprons were stored in the washroom.-Ensure that no personal items which come in contact with food are stored in the washroom.

      • The Quat test strips were expired in April 2022.-Ensure that the test strips are up to date and the expiry dates are checked regularly.

      • The scoop was stored inside the flour container. The operator removed the scoop.-Please ensure that the scoops are stored in a manner that the handle does not touch the food to prevent contamination.

      • "REPEATED VIOLATION "1) Dust build-up on the shelves, walls and area around the equipment vents.2) The computer monitor, and scale cover were covered in flour and debris3) Paper documents such as recipes and written procedures were covered with flour and stains.4) The stand coolers' doors handles were covered in flour and food debris.5) Hard-to-reach areas (bungee cords, underneath tables, behind the bins, etc.) had flour dust and other food debris.- Ensure staff are following the written cleaning schedule to maintain the facility in a sanitary condition.

      • Sanitizer in the red sanitizer bucket was murky and no quat sanitizer was detected. Use 200ppm quat sanitizer and change sanitizer every 2 hours or after a deep cleaning.

      • The tin cat traps were covered with flour and food debris.- Clean the traps.

      • Black flies were found in the facility. Several fly strips were covered with flies. Remove black flies and replace all old fly strips.

      • 1) Duct tape was used to repair the dough divider and rounder electrical cord. 2) One of the dough batch mechanical devices had worn coatings at the seams.- Please repair or maintain the indicated food equipment in proper working condition.
