- Quat sanitizer in the spray bottle was measured less than 200ppm.Operator stated that the dispenser unit will be replaced next week. Use 200ppm quat sanitizer, make the quat sanitizer manually until the dispenser is fixed.

Operator was not able to find the stickers during inspection.Comply the approved conditions with Savoury items.
