      • June 25, 2024:- Containers of cooked tapioca stored on the counter had time labels however the product was still being used past the discard time. June 19, 2024:1. One container of cooked tapioca balls being stored at room temperature for more than 2 hours. 2. One container of cooked tapioca balls made with brown sugar (measured at 33C) had no time label on it.

      • Staff personal beverages are being stored directly on top of the ice machine.- Store in a container or relocate to another area away from food equipment.
