      • Staff are not using sanitizer on food contact surfaces and sanitizer is not being prepared regularly or to the proper concentration. Please ensure sanitizer is 100 ppm Chlorine (1/2 tsp bleach per litre water). Spray bottle of very strong bleach on site. Spray mechanism no longer worked. Please ensure sanitizer is labeled.
