- Handwash station lacked single-use paper towels at time of visit. Please stock and maintain at all times.

- The hand sink closest to the wall with the paper towel dispenser is slow draining. Slow drainage can result in standing water that may contaminate hands after washing and discourages use of the sink.Please clear the drain and restore proper flow to ensure handwashing sinks remain fully functional and sanitary.

- The disinfectant wipes currently in use are expired. Please obtain new disinfectant wipes and follow manufacturer's instructions for proper use. Alternatively, it is recommended to use a bleach-based disinfectant as it can be easily made and it does not require a water rinse. If a bleach-based disinfectant will be used, please obtain corresponding litmus test paper strips to confirm a concentration of 100 ppm sodium hypochlorite (bleach) is achieved daily.
