      • Black hot holding unit pot with cooked cut hot dogs measured at 35C. Operator reported switching the plug when needing to make coffee as the other electrical outlet is not working in that area. - Ensure potentially high-risk foods being held hot are at a temperature of 60C or above. Operator switched plug back to hot holding unit and aware to keep hot holding unit plugged in at all times to keep food item at 60C or above. Operator advised to call event electrical to assess if other electrical outlet can be repaired, or they may have to re-locate coffee maker or hot holding unit.
