- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Mini domestic black cooler is measured to be 13.1oC (air temperature). Foods are transported from 2-door sliding cooler in the morning, then placed in black cooler. When customers order staff will take food out from cooler, prepare it, then place it back to cooler. Food temperature (meat mixture) is measured to be 9.9oC.
- Corrective Action(s): Do not store any potentially hazardous foods in this cooler until temperature is maintained at 4oC or less. Foods in this cooler discarded.
