    • 06. Are proper protocols being followed in regards to client care?
      • Diapering pads in rooms 1 and 2 had stains from diapering cream. Diapering pad in room 3 had a tear and the foam was exposed. - Replace the daipering pads.
    • 10. Is a properly supplied first aid kit provided and readily available?
      • In room 3 first aid kit alcohol wipes were expired. - The operator replaced the wipes during the inspection.
    • 17. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Critical)?
      • Used cleaning rag was left on the counter in room 5. -The operator moved the rag to laundry. Have a basket in each room for dirty rags.
    • 31. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this child care facility (Critical)?
      • Water bottles in room 4 had scale build up on the straws. - Replace the bottles and regularly check the bottles for any contamination.

      • Long tangling wires were observed in toddler and preschool rooms.-Please tape down or keep long tangling wires out of children's reach to prevent risk of entanglement.
    • 06. Are proper protocols being followed in regards to client care?
      • After changing a child's diaper, a staff member in the toddler room was observed not washing her hands or the child's hands.-Please children's and staff hands must be properly washed after diapering processes.
    • 25. Are there adequate storage areas sufficient for the operation of the facility?
      • Children water bottles were kept/stored near diapering sink in the toddler's room.-Please do not store or keep water bottles or food utensils near designated diapering sink to prevent contamination.
