   • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
     • The concentration of sanitizer solution dispensed from the sanitizer dispenser was measured between 50–100 ppm, which is below the required level of 200 ppm.- Staff was directed to manually prepare the sanitizer solution at the required concentration of 200–400 ppm and verify the strength using a test kit. Replace all sanitizer solutions currently in use with freshly prepared solutions at the correct concentration.
   • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
     • The back door of the storage room was left open to allow fresh air circulation; however, no screen door is installed.Install a properly fitted screen door to prevent pest entry. Keep the door closed whenever possible until the screen door is in place.
