      • Spray bottles containing chemicals were unlabeled or mislabeled. Ensure all chemical bottles are accurately labeled to prevent misuse.
    • 17. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Critical)?
      • Chlorine sanitizer measured less than 10ppm. Solution was remade, but chlorine appeared to have degraded/lost potency. Obtain new bottle of chlorine bleach and ensure sanitizer is made to 100ppm or 1000ppm.
