      • Bags of coffee were stored underneath the front handwash sink waste pipe. Do not store any food underneath the waste pipes.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • 1) Mouse droppings were found in the deep freezer storage shred. Remove mouse droppings and increase pest control if pest activity increases.2) Small gap along the back exit door in front of the shred and rolling delivery door.Fix the gaps at both doors.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • Coffee station handwash sink tap was loose.Fix the tap.

      • 1) Deep grooves and brown stains on the green and white cutting boards. Resurface or replace cutting boards. 2) Produce- large walk-in cooler fan cover was covered with dust. 3) Grey stains on the small side of the walk-in cooler door. 2 to 3) Clean the walk-in cooler.

      • 1) Wet cleaning cloths were stored on the prep table and in bucket without sanitizer. Store cleaning cloths in sanitizer in between uses. 2) No sanitizer was made before food handling. Provide sanitizer in spray bottles or buckets.
