- Damage noted to low counter edge and prep countertop is getting worn.

- Sanitizer strips could not be found during inspection. Manager indicated during follow up call that they were available. A photo must be submitted to remove this violation.

- No food safety course certificates available for review at the time of inspection. Manager indicated that she has a certificate. Email a copy of the certificate to the inspector to remove this violation.
