      • No covers on electrical outlets. Electric outlets should be covered to prevent electrical hazards. Operator will email pictures of covered electrical outlets.
    • 19. Are indoor play areas and equipment sufficient and being properly maintained to ensure client safety (Critical)?
      • Play equipment and toys looked visibly clean. Operator uses quat solution at 200ppm for sanitization.Observed a play swing installed in classroom that could potentially cause a physical hazard to children and staff, as there is not enough clearance and no proper padding or fall protection in place. Operator will temporarily tie up swing so that it is unreachable. Informed operator to email pictures of ceiling when the equipment has been removed.
