      • Observation: - Rodent droppings present on floor in front mezzanine area and up stairwell leading from mezzanine. Area is not being used for food production.
      • Corrective Action(s): - Clear items from mezzanine area and remove all droppings. Use bleach solution to disinfect area.
      • - Continue to monitor for activity. If activity persists, retain the services of a Pest Control Technician. [Correction date: 28-Jan-2019]
