      • Coffee creamers and milkettes were kept out in room temperature at vacant tables. They were put in a refrigerator during the inspection.Please take out creamers out as needed to keep them out of unsafe temperatures for too long.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Front handwashing sink contained a soap bucket, blocking access. It was moved during inspection.Please keep handwashing station free from obstruction to have easy access to handwashing.

      • There was a buildup of grime and debris inside the ice machine.Please discard the ice and ensure that the machine is regularly cleaned.

      • Freezer strip curtains and inside freezer door has a build-up of ice. Please ensure these are properly de-iced and regularly monitored.

      • Food handling permit was not displayed in a conspicuous place at the time of inspection. The operator printed the new food handling permit and put it on display at a conspicuous place. Ensure that the food handling permit is always displayed.

      • Two mop heads were hanging close to a bucket of drying bread. Operator advised that the mop heads were recently cleaned. Regardless, items used for cleaning must be kept separate from food and utensil storage.

      • Coffee creamers were placed on every table. Do not leave cream out on the tables unless required by the customers.

      • The metal seal in the walk-in freezer is damaged as the wood is exposed. Repair this.
