     • One sink is not acceptable when food preparation is taking place. The terms and conditions on your permit must be followed.
   • 19. Does the facility have a valid permit and does the facility operate in compliance with the conditions of that permit, or is the facility awaiting approval prior to operation?
     • As discussed, this facility was not approved for cooking sausage and eggs as it does not have the required equipment. Cereal, bread to toast, prepackaged muffins and individual yougurt containers would be acceptable as there is minimal food handling. OUTSTANDINGI observed raw sausages and eggs in the fridge at the time of inspection. Please remove these from the premises.
