     • Observation: - Hole noted in wall which is adjacent to the produce cooler and bread area
     • - Miscellaneous items noted under shelving in warewashing room in CDS area. CDS area appears cluttered with many items on the floor. Clutter can allow for hiding places for pests and make monitoring difficult.
     • Corrective Action(s): - Repair wall/cover hole to prevent possible harbourage of pests.
     • - Remove items from the floor. Store all items on shelving. Keep floor area clear so that runways for rodents are not created and monitoring is facilitated.
