      • Corrective Action(s): Do not store perishable foods in this cooler until cooler is maintained at 4oC or less. Onions relocated to another cooler.

No food is stored in this cooler overnight. Hot dog weiners are transported from walk-in cooler to this cooler in the morning (9am at time of visit).
      • Corrective Action(s): Only bring enough hot dog weiners for each bath until temperature of cooler is maintained at 4oC or less.
