      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Utensils and equipment that stored in the cabinet & drawers were potentially contaminated by rodent droppings
      • Corrective Action(s): Operator stated that they cleaned and sanitized all the utensils and equipment in the dishwasher/bleach solution before use

      • Observation: Rodent droppings observed in the cabinet & drawers where storing utensils, equipment, and cleaning agents, based on the observation log of the facility, it has been an on-going issue since few months ago. Facility has traps implemented but rodent droppings can still be observed

      • Corrective Action(s): - Please hire a pest control professional for a thorough inspection and have them come in routinely (date to be corrected by: ASAP), submit the pest inspection report to the inspector after the service

      • Observation: According to staff, dishwasher has not been used for about a week as it is not capable of reaching adequate temperature. Single use dishes and re-usable used for serving; manual dishwashing performed and bleach useed as sanitizer for re-usable dishes and cooking utensils.
      • Corrective Action(s): Manual dishwashing sign given to staff at time of inspection. Part has been ordered for dishwasher. Contact EHO once dishwasher has been fixed. Discussed proper manual dishwashing procedures with staff and owner.
