      • Disposable containers were observed being stored directly underneath the bar sink. This presents a risk of contamination in the event of a leak. Move containers to a more suitable location.

      • Flies were present in the dishwashing area of this facility. A significant number of fruit flies were present in the bar area. Ensure that this facility is thoroughly cleaned when not in use. Ensure that bar area, especially the soda gun, is thoroughly cleaned when not in use.
