     • The dedicated handwashing sink in the front facing kitchen where the service counter and stove are located was initially blocked by a tray on top of the basin at the beginning of the inspection. The executive chef was notified and the tray promptly removed for handwashing to proceed. A dedicated prep sink is located next to handwashing sink which can be used for storage purposes if needed.
