- Operator mentioned that bleach is used for surface sanitization.Bleach solution was not prepared for storing used cleaning cloths.Bleach solution was prepared, measured and verified at 100 ppm.

- Bags of produce were observed to be stored directly on floor.Bags were removed from floor and stored on the shelves 15cm above the floor.Violation was corrected during the inspection.
