      • 2 green spray bottles and tray of silverware with forks, etc were located at reaching level in the child care area.Ensure all chemical bottles are stored out of reaching height. I recommend to install hooks or a shelf at the dish storage cabinet to hang or place these items so they are out of the children's reaching areas. Recommend to place silverware tray up higher on the lighter ledge, just above it's current location, where it would be out or reach.

      • Gate to kitchen was unlatched an open where child could access kitchen area.Gate closed at time of inspection. Ensure staff close gate to kitchen when used.

      • There was a green spray bottle that was not labeled, located in the child care area.Ensure all chemical containers are labeled to the contents inside.

      • Hot water measured at kitchen hand wash sink was 62.8 degrees Celsius.Adjust hot water tank to lower temperature. Taret temperature should be 49 degrees C with a Maximum of 54 degrees Celsius
