- Observation: 2 comp sink used for handwashing not supplying hot water. Bar of soap is being used for handwashing. Staff was not able to provide paper towels. Toilet paper being used for drying hands.

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Back screen door does not reach all the way to the floor. An 2 cm opening between the screen door and the floor was observed during the time of inspection. Operator closed the back door at the time of inspection.
