      • Observation: Both prep coolers by the cook line is not working.
      • Corrective Action(s): Please fix/service coolers to maintain 4C or below.
      • This is an urgent matter as it impacts the flow of the operation of the kitchen. Only 1 stand up cooler and the walk in cooler is working inside the kitchen.
      • This matter has been emphasized on from the last follow up inspection. There is understanding that it is hard to get technicians up to Harrison Hot Springs, however, these prep coolers must be fixed as soon as possible.
      • Further enforcement action may be done if not corrected by: Aug 31, 2023
      • If fixed earlier than the above date, please contact EHO for follow up inspection.

      • 2. Do not use scoops that do not have handles. Scoop handles cannot touch the food when stored in the container.

      • Corrective Action(s): 1. Container of diced potatoes discarded at time of inspection. In the future, take out only a small portion that may be used up with 30 minutes, Rest ot product should be in a cooler at 4C or below.
