      • Observation: High temperature washer will be replaced with a commercial NSF certified conveyor type washer -purchasing on order and installation will take a few weeks.
      • Operator had ECOLAB technician in and converted it temporarily to a chemical sanitizing washer -tested at >50ppm
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure the sanitizer is reaching >50ppm chlorine residual as per the test strips
      • Disposables will be used in the meantime to lesson the loads on the temporary washer
