- Operator had ECOLAB technician in and converted it temporarily to a chemical sanitizing washer -tested at >50ppm
- Corrective Action(s): Ensure the sanitizer is reaching >50ppm chlorine residual as per the test strips
- Disposables will be used in the meantime to lesson the loads on the temporary washer
